Shipping and Returns

Temporary Shipping Policy:
We are shipping orders once a week on Wednesdays. Thank you for your support and patience during this time. 
US Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all US orders over $100.
All orders less that $100 are charged $10 flat rate.
Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.
International Shipping:
All international orders are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
International shipment options are USPS First Class International or USPS Priority International. You can check specific delivery times for your country for each service using the USPS site. 
(First Class international can take anywhere from 7-21 days to arrive, but USPS does not guarantee any specific delivery date or time. Please allow extra time when choosing this option and please note there are no tracking updates available once the item leaves the US and First Rite is not responsible for any packages lost in transit.)
If you would like to use an international forwarder or the issue country for your card does not match the shipping country, we will require photo identification showing full name and billing address.
Returns:
We accept returns of full priced items within two weeks of the day you received you order. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in received condition free from any stains, animal hair, and scents. If an item does not meet these standards it will be returned to you. Any damaged or visibly worn merchandise will be returned to buyer and will not be eligible for a refund.
Any items received after 14 days of delivery date will be returned and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
All Sale items or Promotional items discounted 30% or more off their original price are FINAL SALE.
All items discounted less than 30% off their original price are eligible for size exchange or store credit only. 
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges for full priced items within two weeks of the day you received you order. Making a Return or Exchange:
If your items meets our listed policy criteria  please reach out to returns@firstriteclothing.com with your request. 
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For exchanges, First Rite will cover the shipping cost for the new item back to you.
Items not received:
First Rite is not responsible for any stolen packages, please be sure you submit a safe delivery address and communicate with your local carrier about any specific delivery requests. Once an item shows as delivered we are unable to acquire additional information in most cases and are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order. If you would like us to include signature confirmation, please choose that option during checkout.
