Temporary Shipping/Returns/Exchanges Policy:
Due to the COVID-19 situation we will be operating with limited hours in our studio. All orders placed on our site will ship once every two weeks until we can return to our studio with more frequency. Please check our home page announcement for the next ship date. 
All returns and exchanges received to our studio will also be under the same timeline. Returns and exchanges will still need to arrive at our studio within two weeks of the day you received, but please allow up to two weeks to receive your refund or exchange. Thank you for your patience and support. 


All US orders ship USPS Priority insured within 72 hours of order  Monday-Friday unless specified in shop notes. 

International shipment options are USPS First Class International or USPS Priority International. You can check specific delivery times for your country for each service using the USPS site.
(First Class international can take anywhere from 7-21 days to arrive, but USPS does not guarantee any specific delivery date or time. Please allow extra time when choosing this option and please note there are no tracking updates available once the item leaves the US and First Rite is not responsible for any packages lost in transit.)
If you would like to use an international forwarder or the issue country for your card does not match the shipping country, we will require photo identification showing full name and billing address.

First Rite is not responsible for any stolen packages, please be sure you submit a safe delivery address and communicate with your local carrier about any specific delivery requests. Once an item shows as delivered we are unable to acquire additional information in most cases and are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order. If you would like us to include signature confirmation, please choose that option during checkout.

Returns and Exchanges:

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us at Returns@FirstRiteClothing.com to request a return or exchange and receive return address and instructions. 
All international orders are final sale.
All returns must be received within two weeks of original delivery.  Any items received after 14 days of delivery date will be returned to you and will not be eligible for return or exchange. 
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in received condition free from any stains, animal hair, and scents. If an item does not meet these standards it will be returned to you. 
Any damaged or visibly worn merchandise will be returned to buyer and will not be eligible for a refund. 
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please ship all returns USPS or UPS only. We cannot be held responsible for any returns not received if sent via Fedex as it is an unreliable carrier in our area.  Original shipping costs are not refundable.
If you would like an exchange, we are happy to get new items back out to you at our expense once per order. 
 We do not offer exchanges for international orders.
We inspect all items closely before shipping for any damages and cannot be held responsible for anything that occurs after wear or as a result of improper wash. Any damaged or visibly worn merchandise will be returned to buyer and will not be eligible for a refund. 
After we receive and inspect your return we will issue a refund within 48 hours.
