RETURNS & EXCHANGES

US Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges of eligible full priced items received to our studio within 14 days of the order delivery date.
Returned items must be tagged, unworn, unwashed, and in received condition free from any stains, animal hair, and scents. If an item does not meet these standards it will be returned to buyer. Any damaged or visibly worn merchandise will be returned to buyer and will not be eligible for a refund.
**Any items received after 14 days of the original delivery date will be returned to buyer.
Purchases of Sale Items or with Promotional Codes:
-All Sale items or Promotional sale items discounted 25% or more off their original price are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
-All items discounted less than 25% off their original price are eligible for size exchange or store credit only. (excludes email welcome discount)

International Orders:
All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
 
Making a Return or Exchange for orders placed on our site:
If your return or exchange meets our policy criteria please visit our return portal within 10 days of receiving your order.
 
At checkout we offer the option to receive free return shipping for eligible items in your order by paying a small fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your return or exchange back to us. If you opt out of this fee a $12 label will be generated in our portal for your return and deducted from your return or store credit.
For exchanges, First Rite covers the shipping to get the new items headed back your way.

Making a Return or Exchange for orders placed on Facebook or Instagram:
Orders placed through Facebook and Instagram will not be accessible in our return portal. Please reach out directly to info@firstriteclothing.com with your return request.
 
Cancelled Orders:
Orders placed during our promotional sales cannot be cancelled for any reason once confirmed. All regular orders cancelled after order confirmation and before shipping are subject to a 3% re stocking fee that will be deducted from the refund.
 
 
 

SHIPPING POLICY

US Shipping:
We offer free shipping for all US orders over $150.
Orders less than $150 are charged $10 for flat rate shipping.
Orders ship within 72 hours by UPS or USPS Ground. Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.
 
Signature Confirmation:
If you would like USPS signature confirmation at delivery you may select that option at checkout. Orders over $150 will be charged $5 for this service and orders below $150 will be charged $12.  
 
Express Shipping:
If you would like your ship time expedited you may select UPS 3 day select and the carrier rates will be displayed. Please note orders may still take up 72 hours to ship from our studio, and carrier time will start from that day. Feel free to send an email to info@firstriteclothing.com with any special requests.
International Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all international orders over $500 USD. For orders less than $500 international shipment options are USPS First Class International, USPS Priority International, or DHL. Rates are calculated by weight and location at checkout. You can check specific delivery times for your country for each service using the USPS or DHL site.
*CANADA POST STRIKE UPDATE: USPS will not be accepting any shipments to Canada for the time being. Please select from UPS or DHL options until USPS services are available again.
The shipping cost does not include cost of local duties or taxes, and buyer is responsible for the full cost upon receipt.
 
**First Class international can take anywhere from 7-21 days to arrive, but USPS does not guarantee any specific delivery date or time. Please allow extra time when choosing this option and please note there are no tracking updates available once the item leaves the US and First Rite is not responsible for any packages lost in transit.**
If you would like to use an international forwarder or the issue country for your card does not match the shipping country, we will require photo identification showing full name and billing address.
 
Shipments not received:
If your shipment is lost in transit please reach out to our customer service: info@firstriteclothing.com
First Rite is not responsible for packages stolen or damaged after delivery. Please submit a safe address and communicate with your carriers
about deliveries. Once the package shows as delivered we are unable to obtain additional information from our partner carriers or
complete an insurance request. If you would like signature confirmation, please choose USPS priority with signature at checkout.
